Recent GoodnessRandom act of kindness - picked up the tab for a local family of 7 outdoor dining for breakfast. The son was disabled in the same wheelchair as Henry and looked to be the same age.
So far this summer, in July and August we have helped 10 families in the states of New Jersey and Texas whose children are undergoing cancer treatments, are recently off treatments or whose children have passed recently and are in financial hardship. It is our deepest honor to assist these families in this small way.
Honored 6 graduating seniors at 4 NJ high schools with $1,000 scholarships for their kindness, compassion and friendship to others in all areas of their lives.
Last visit to Groyeb Children's Hospital before Covid-19 - dropped off Pokemon, Roblox, Ryan's Toy Review, and gift cards for Fortnite and Minecraft for children receiving treatment.
Summary
8 yr old Henry Aulenbach fought cancer for 11 months and through it all his greatest wish was that he would be the very last kid to ever get cancer. His kind heart was infectious so we at Henry's Loving Team spread his kindness by shining a light on children and young adults who are a friend to all. We assist families affected by childhood cancer, and we enhance the inpatient experience for children receiving chemotherapy at the hospital Henry was treated at by providing gifts, food and toys specific to the patients.
