Recent GoodnessAnnounced he would donate $3 million to Mayors for a Guaranteed Income, a group of more than a dozen US mayors who plan to launch guaranteed-income pilot programs in their cities. Mayors for a Guaranteed Income said these programs could affect about 7 million Americans in cities including Newark, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Jackson, Mississippi. This guaranteed income can help to lift them out of poverty and cope with financial instability caused by COVID-19 pandemic.
