Ryan paused all operations in his real estate firm to respect the Black Lives Matter movement, and agreed to match donations for up to $5,000 per donor.

Ryan and Emilia inspired a group of young people to work as volunteers for various organizations. This created a ripple effect spreading goodness through others to help brighten the days of children in the hospital.
